Falabella

　　智利S.A.C.I. FALABELLA从属Solari家族。2007年5月，和零售商D&S正式合并，资产规模达到160亿美元，2006年销售规模达77.8亿美元。Falabella持有新公司股份77%。

　　 Falabella经营范围包含零售业(百货商场、建材超市)、金融服务业、不动产、工业等。

　　旗下经营着Falabella,CMR Falabella,Banco Falabella,Viajes Falabella,Seguros Falabella,Sodimac,TOTTUS 等牌子。

　　Falabella 计划2011-2015年期间将投资35.11亿美元.，新开215家店铺以及16个购物中心。

　　如果完成该投资目标，该零售集团规模将扩大一倍，目前Falabella拥有242家店铺以及19家购物中心，分别位于智利、秘鲁、阿根廷和哥伦比亚。

　　根据《2012全球零售力量》（2012 Global Powers of Retailing）报告，智利两家零售企业－CENCOSUD和FALABELLA在拉美地区零售业企业排名中列第二位和第三位。

　　2010年，Falabella在该地区排行第五，2011年销售额达74.73亿美元，排名上升至第三位，全球超市排名第127位。

　　Falabella is one of the largest companies in Chile and the most important department stores chain in South America, with presence in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. Additional operations include an online store, a home improvement chain, a bank, shopping centers, insurance and travel agencies, and its own credit card.
